Introduction

Wollastonite 
Wollastonite(calcium metasilicate,or CaSiO3) it's a naturally occuring white mineral which acts as an acicular reinforcing filler. 
1) Replace asbestos to be apply for friction material field
2) Replace glass fibre
3) Apply for plate and frame of filter press
3) Widely applied in ceramic, paint, as electrode coating, plastic, insulating material, paper and ect.

Usage
--At present, it's mainly applied to ceramic industry, and secondly used as metallurgy protecting slag and paint.
--Further, it can be used as electrode coating, mountain cork substitute, abradant binding agent, compound of glass and stuffing of rubber, plastic, insulating material and paper.
--Be widely used in paint, plastics, rubber, electric welding, glass, electron industry, metallurgy and paper making, Friction material, Construction, Ceramics.
--Some wollastonite can be used as finishing material of building or compound of white cement
