Crosslinking Agent Taic Solar Modules 1.Specification
2.Application 1) PE/ EVA: Radiation Crosslinking Sheet. 2) PE/EVA Shoes, Mat, Toys, Handle grip, and other high and low foaming products. 3) Wire & Cable of XLPE (Cross linked Polyethylene) 4) NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) 5) Ethylene/Propylene rubber is usually called EPDM. 6) Fluorine Rubber. 7) EVA film for solar battery encapsulation. 8) Material for polymer alloy.
3.Solubility Not dissolves in water, slightly dissolved in alkane, andcomp-letely dissolves in aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohol, acetone, hydrocarbon halides, eyclopentene hydrocarbon Toxicity : LD50=660mg ( laboratory tested) All the homopolymers, copolymers and ethylene series of TAIC are non-poisonous.
4.Usage As a kind of multifunctional alkene monomer with aromatic heterocycle, TAIC is widely used as the corss-linkingagent, modifier and assistant vulcanizer of thermoplastics, ionexchange resin and special rubber. It is also an intermediate of photoassimilating coating, photoresists and flame retardant.
5.Package Packed in metal drum or plastic drum. Net weight is 200kg or 25kg. A 20ft container can load 16tons without pallet.
Stored and transported as safe goods. Avoid high temperatures.
