Product Description
Hydrated Silica is a mineral that is bound to water molecules. This is different from Silica, also known as Silicon Dioxide, which is not bound to water and not the same chemical composition at all. Solutility of Hydrated Silica: - Soluble in caustic Soda and hydrofluoric acid - Insoluble in water, solvent and acid (hydrofluoric acid except). Features of Hydrated Silica: - Good electrical insulativity - Good thermostability - Noncombustibility - Tasteless - Odorless Application: According to its different product qualities, hydrated silica has different applications.
