Amino Silane Coupling Agent is a versatile amino-functional coupling agent used over a broad range of applications to provide superior bonds between inorganic substrates and organic polymers. The silicon-containing portion of the molecule provides strong bonding to substrates. The primary amine function reacts with a wide array of thermoset, thermoplastic, and elastomeric materials.

2.Solubility KH-550 is completely and immediately soluble in water, alcohol, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Ketones are not recommended as diluents. 3.Application It is applied to mineral filled thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, such as phenolic aldehyde, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide and carbonic ester etc. It can greatly enhance the physic-mechanical properties and wet electric properties of plastics, such as its comperssive strength, shear strength and bending strength in dry or wet state etc. At the same time, the wettability and dispersity in the polymer can also be improved. This product is an excellent adhesion promoter, which can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic binder and sealing materials to improve pigment dispersity and the adhesiveness to glass, aluminum and iron. Also, it can be used in polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic acid latex paint. It helps to improve the phenolic binder's cohesiveness and water resistance of abrasive-resist self-hardening sand in the manufacturing of grinding wheels.
